As a young person I know absolutely nothing about windows, so their salesmen really helped to give me the information I needed to be comfortable making a decision. This company has competitive pricing which caught my eye. The whole process from the original meeting to the sale was smooth and must have been no longer than 2 months. We picked our designs and were sent a PDF copy and then had visitors a few days later who took the measurements. The fitters did end up being delayed by a week but I appreciated that they phoned in advance to warn me about this. The fitting was nothing short of amazing, the guys were friendly, fast and cleaned up after themselves, it didn’t take at all as long as I thought!
